Who We Are

Vickie - the Founder
Vickie

Vickie established FlexAbility Yoga on a not-for-profit basis, after seeing the amazing benefits yoga had for her eldest child's anxiety.

As an autistic adult, Vickie has deep empathy for the struggles neurodivergent people can face in a neurotypical world.

Vickie is passionate about helping children and adults find and harness their strengths, believe in themselves, and live their best life, while having fun along the way.

Nat - Yoga teacher
Nat

Nat is a Yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic practitioner on a mission to facilitate health and healing.

She started teaching Yoga in 2013, after experiencing the profound benefits of Yoga in overcoming chronic stress, anxiety and depression.

Nat’s passion for sharing Yoga, combined with extensive training and experience teaching all ages, results in an engaging style of yoga that is fun and inclusive for all bodies and minds.

Natja - Yoga teacher
Natja

Natja has been working with FlexAbility since our beginning in 2015, as our senior Yoga teacher and therapist.

Natja has been teaching yoga since 2010. She believes that while anxiety is very common, and hard to avoid with our busy lives today, Yoga can help manage it, teach you a little more about yourself with every class, and have fun doing it.

Natja loves working with children to help them feel better about themselves and smile from the inside out.
